  HORRIBLE. This lady does not know what she is doing with color and hair dyes AT ALL. I showed her a picture of bleach, platinum white hair (I walked into her salon with already blonde hair) and she turns my hair GREEN. I went back to complain and she refused to give my money back!!! She washed out the green and now my hair is different ugly tones of yellow. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AT ALL. Biggest waste of time and money. Out of $80 and stuck with some ugly hair I don't want. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Oh and not to mention, I had pretty healthy hair and she completely burned it, guess she's not used to working with straight thin hair.
